PulseCraft Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of the PulseCraft platform, mobile applications, telemetry services, and related web services provided by PulseCraft Marine (“PulseCraft”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing or using PulseCraft services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the platform or services.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering binding agreements to use PulseCraft services. Business accounts may only be created by authorized representatives of an organization.

PulseCraft provides marine telemetry, fleet management, vessel monitoring, GPS tracking, account management, and related digital services for boat owners, clubs, dealers, fleets, and marine organizations. Features and functionality may change, expand, or be discontinued at any time without prior notice.

Users are responsible for: Maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials Ensuring account information remains accurate Securing devices connected to the platform All activity performed under their account You must immediately notify PulseCraft if unauthorized access or suspicious activity is detected.

You agree not to: Misuse or interfere with platform infrastructure Attempt unauthorized system access Reverse engineer the platform Upload malicious software or harmful content Use the service for unlawful activities Circumvent security or telemetry protections PulseCraft reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms.

Telemetry data accuracy depends on: Internet connectivity GPS signal quality Device hardware Third-party network availability PulseCraft does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free telemetry services at all times.

All platform content, software, branding, graphics, telemetry systems, and related technologies remain the exclusive property of PulseCraft Marine unless otherwise stated. Users may not copy, distribute, reproduce, or commercially exploit any part of the platform without written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PulseCraft shall not be liable for: - Indirect damages - Data loss - Operational interruptions - Vessel damage - Navigation errors - Business losses - Third-party service failures Use of the platform is at your own risk.

PulseCraft may suspend or terminate access to the platform at any time for: Violations of these Terms Security concerns Fraudulent activity Abuse of services Users may discontinue use of the platform at any time.

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of PulseCraft services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the operating jurisdiction of PulseCraft Marine.
